Greetings. Real estate investing has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager, and now I'm ready to start planning my future through real estate. I'm currently a novice to the industry, but I'm learning as much as I can through this website, YouTube, books, and experienced investors. I'm reading blogs, forums, and articles pertaining to all aspects real estate investing, and I'm interested in wholesaling, flipping, and buy-and-hold. The podcasts are some of the best on the market and have really facilitated my education.
