Hey guys,
I'm Brian and I'm a new member of BG site. I live in Plano, TX. So I'm really new at real estate. I'm starting to teach myself wholesaling. I've been reading articles and took free online courses so I get the idea, lucky enough I have a mentor. I really can't wait to start taking action and start doing deals. Anyways, if you guys can give me advices and maybe directions on how to find cash buyers and motivated sellers, I would appreciate it. I've been reading a lot, but maybe your advice would add something that I missed. Thank you!
