Hi, my name is Frank. I'm currently living in Fontana CA. and I would like to buy and hold some properties for my retirement. I'm married with 2 kids. I know nothing about real estate. I do not own a home either. (First time buyer). I currently have a full time job. I found out about bigger pockets through the podcast on Google play. I've heard the first 20 or so podcasts. Ive ordered a couple books from the  famous 4 questions they ask at the the end of the podcasts to start. I'm also going to look into expanding my vocabulary. My wife and I are looking to purchase a multi home property as our first purchase. Ps I love the podcast, I listen to it everyday haha.

Hi Frank! One of the things that's making the biggest difference for me is getting out to different REIA and FIBI events. You meet great people and a lot of investors. The networking is powerful. You can find a lot of events on Meetup.com. If you're in Fontana, you should check out the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club. The guys who started it, Stephen and Todd, are really successful and helpful. Their next meeting is 8/24. Good luck! Just keep at it and take it step by step.
