New Investor near Memphis - needing to Network/Partner Up

Hello all at BP!

I'm relatively new to the area around Memphis and looking to start investing in the near future. My preferences for REI would be for fixing and flipping properties and eventually buy and hold. I do have access to funding, but being a newbie I would love to have a partner along the way to show the ropes so-to-speak.

I do have my regular full-time career but my schedule allows for me to have some early afternoons off. Look forward to meeting and connecting with everyone!

Hey Amber! Welcome to BP and REI! Do you live/work in Savannah? Not sure if you'd want to drive but we have great REIA mtgs. Look up MIG. Great way to network! Also @James Wachob has an open house at his office in Memphis the second Monday of the month.  Look forward to meeting you!
