Hi Dave,

Thank you for starting this post!

I'm originally from Washington DC, am currently in Los Angeles, CA for the month of April, looking for my first investment property.  Specifically, a 4 Unit Multi-family to be my primary residence while renting out the additional 3.  I'm pre-approved by Quicken Loans for 400k and would be Great to find a local Investor Real Estate Agent.

A little about me ... I grew up in Washington, DC, majored in Information Technology, dabbled a bit in a couple of businesses (Real Estate and IT/Wi-Fi). I’m looking to exit from the rat race again, so I can spend more time with family and friends, begin traveling more frequently, and find my new passion in Real Estate Investing!

I lived in Port St. Lucie, FL for a few years with my wife so that she could be closer to family.  Coincidentally, it was during the real estate bust of 2008-9, and learned more about the foreclosure market.  Unfortunately, banks weren't ready to push the button and ended up starting a successful business in Wi-Fi installation and management for the hospitality industry.

Thanks again for the Post, and any help is Greatly appreciated!
