Hello, BiggerPockets Nation. I finally have gotten to my delayed introduction post to graduate from lurking. I am a part-time investor with limited but joyful experiences with REI so far. While last couple of years of Portland Metro area market have been quite inefficient for me REI-wise, I continue to learn and am getting ready for the next cycle. BP has been invaluable, and would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank all those who have contributed to the site in an entirely altruistic act.
