Hi everyone,

I am Joseph Gyawali. I recently received my real estate salesperson license for the state of NY. I currently attend CUNY Baruch college for a bba in finance. My goals in real estate is continually purchase properties with good cash flow to optimize my different sources of income. I stumbled upon Biggerpockets when I first started doing research on building my clientele base and educating myself in the real estate industry. I'm ready to learn!
