I am from California and moved back here after living in Florida and New York for 5 years. I am a real estate agent in Sacramento and starting to get into wholesaling. I wanted to use this website to find other investors, clients and learn from others.

@Amanda Dubois, yes, everything was definitely for sale back then.  I'm more familiar with the Tampa bay area, Clearwater, St. Pete and homes that used to sell for $40k can now sell for closer to $200k.  @Dylan Vargas, check out the Tampa Bay area as well if you go to FL, although I hear Orlando and the whole I-4 corridor between Orlando and Tampa has good appreciation potential as the area expands.
