Hello all. I discovered the site through listening to the weekly podcast - what an excellent, no-nonsense resource for the community. I’m located in Simpsonville, SC and though I’ve done several flips and have been an Agent/Broker for 6 years, I’m learning with each new discovery how much more there is to know. I’m interested in furthering my education through the site and getting more involved in the Upstate investing scene.
