Newbie from New York!
Hello all! Its been almost 10 years since I've owned a property (SFR).
It was a foreclosed home that I bought upstate in Albany. I did rehab, and rented the property out for many years then sold it.
Looking to educate myself like im brand new, but I want to start looking and feeling. Im thinking to stick with SFR for now and im looking into South New Jersey and Charlotte, NC areas. Im very open to advice and suggestions from the more experienced then myself. (Its been a while)
I would like to network as much as possible so that I can learn as much as possible.
