My name is Landon from Lexington, KY. I am graduating in May from The University of Kentucky with a degree in economics and looking to expand my real estate portfolio. I have been fortunate enough to have bought a rental property off campus during college and rent to my friends. (Free rent is nice isn't it!). I am ready to take it to the next level starting with aquiring 1 or 2 more properties off campus that need some repair and then spend time researching more in First Time Homebuyer neighborhoods.

I have always been interested in real estate when talking to family and friends about their rental properties and vacation homes. Now that I own a rental of my own, I see how great of an investment real estate can be if you put the time and effort into finding a good deal.

I look forward to learning all I can through BP , but even more importantly, pulling the trigger when I feel I've made another educated offer.
