Real estate wholesale

Hey guys I’m new at this but I’m looking to do real estate wholesale however where I live right now, the market is very competitive. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. So I’m very interested in virtual wholesale. My question is where would I find distressed homes?

@DJ M. What makes you say that I know it can be challenging but I was told once you find your niche you’ll be ok.

@Jalen Howard Lots of moving pieces. Specifically to the OP, trying to virtual wholesale with no knowledge or experience and seeking distressed sellers is a recipe for disaster.

You really dont want to be messing with distressed sellers when your green. Lawsuit waiting to happen, imo.
