Hello BP community. My name is Chuck. I am a proud union member of the Cement and Concrete Union Local 20 here in NYC.

I'm still in the learning phase but I am eager to start investing in real estate. I am currently reading, listening and learning everything I can at the moment.

My short term goal right now is to purchase and flip at least one house this year. I am very open to partner up and invest out of state.

I look forward to learning and connecting with all of you.
