I was contact by REO Connect, identified as an asset mgr. Anyone dealt with them before?

Hi Jeanne - Was it by chance REO Connects out of Miami, Fl? Did they ask for a retainer in exchange for an exclusive listing agreement when/if a house a house that was in pre foreclosure actually went through foreclosure? If so, I've seen a sma similar to this. I was contacted by REO Connects today and am trying to figure out if they're legit or not.
