Texas Subject Matter experts - for 100% disabled veteran

Posted

I own my home in liberty hill and thinking about buying another one to move into as my primary. Prices are very high and cant find a deal for investment so it seems like utilizing my Va home loan and move every year or two and be able to rent the other one is my best route to start my investing career. I am 100% Disabled veteran so i don't pay property taxes, God I love Texas, but will that apply to the second home too? and while its being rented? thanks Yall.

Well that is good to know, glad you figured it out. The people who work with VA loans are the best source for this kind of information.

Thanks, Elizabeth
