Property Inspections Job
Can someone give me insight on this job posting. I want to try and find a part time job that relates to real estate. Is this job for beginners? Is it something I could learn on the fly or would I need experience? What possibly does this job entail? Any insight is appreciated.

My guess is this is the type of job where you need to go check out foreclosures or abandoned homes or even perform rental inspections. It may very well be a 'pay by the gig' type deal where the more homes you do the more money you make. You'll see a lot of stuff, but you may be in and out so fast you might not have time to truly assess situations and understand them. Thats my 2 cents.
@Steven J. Thanks for your input. I'm going to apply and see what happens. The worst they can say is no. I'm just trying to get my foot in the door some how some way. It says they provide training. The part that gets me is the experience factor.
