So I love when I’m listening to the Bigger Pockets real estate podcast where it always says, “welcome to the Bigger Pockets real estate podcast where you can learn about real estate without all the hype…”

Well I’ll have you know that I’m ALWAYS hyped up when I’m learning something new especially something so rewarding to those who preserve.

I listen to the magnetically charged words of Josh and David and I’m instantly sucked into my head space planning my own path and journey. I’m a new investor and I’m so PUMPED.

Keep up the fantastic job…. With real estate it feels as though I finally found something I actually want to do instead of have to do.

Meeting all of you investors and other members of bigger pockets while networking and creating connections while learning something invaluable is just wow…it still blows my mind how huge this is.

I know this is a long post about literally nothing but I really wanted to thank everyone on here for being as helpful as you are warm and welcoming.

@Adrian Coleman I feel the same way! I've been on Biggerpockets for 10-11 years now but it wasn't until 2015 that I really started listening and learning. I still didn't know exactly what I was doing, but I was fired up to do something!

I bought my first investment in the Spring of 2016. Last week I closed on another property and am up to 33 rentals and 150 storage units.

Biggerpockets is still my favorite place to be!
