Insight Into Brockton Neighborhoods

Hey Everyone,

Anyone from the Brockton area who has a good understanding of the market? I'm mostly looking for which neighborhoods, or parts of Brockton are worth looking into and what areas you would avoid investing in.

I don't live too far from Brockton so I will be spending some time driving the area, but I am hoping to get some initial feedback.

Thank in advance.

@Victoria Creighton for CPA, Armand & Co. (www.masscpa.com) and James E. Holmgren (www.jehcpa.com) are both good CPAs in Brockton with investor experience. Many of my investor friends use Armand & Co., and I will be working with him soon as well.

My closing attorney is Israel Collazo (www.collazo-law.com). He's great.
