Montclair NJ Rent Control

For years they never had it.  The other night Montclair enacted rent control on apartments rentals with 5 or more units.  Thank goodness that anything 4 units or less is not covered.  Still, even if they were you're allowed 4.25% annual increases which is more than enough.  And 2.5% on seniors.
