I was just wondering how you would go about finding a hard money lender or private lender in the rapid city, SD area.

Thank you, jeff

HI Jeffery

Depending on what the product for investment is, I may be able to help.

Send me an email with the details.

Thanks,
Chris

I have been trying to find someone local. The problem with finding lenders for SD, is the lender has to have a real locationin the State to lend in the State. As of right now there is no organized REIA.either, although one is hopefully getting started. I have not yet been to The Bakery, but thinking that may be a place to chat people up about lending money.

I'm not in SD.  But if the deal makes sense, I may be able to help you out.  Our provider has non-recourse hard money available for commercial real estate.

@Geoff Van Dusen - It's been a few years since this post. Have you found quality lenders in SD that you would recommend for buy and hold with needed rehab?
