I've got a 1950's 3bdrm 1 bath house that needs a complete remodel. I've talked with a few contractors that I know, most are doing new construction and are busy right now. So, looking for any contractor leads (GC or trade specific) that you might be willing to share. Scope of work on the house is: • Exterior - reshingle roof, new soffit, fascia, and rain gutters & downspouts. Replace exterior doors. • Plumbing - replace galvanized water & drain lines with PEX & PVC. All valves and hose bibs need to be replaced. Add PRV and shut off in crawl space. Replace hot water heater. • Electrical - Move meter base, new circuit breaker panel, additional circuits for outlets and central A/C. • Interior - replace interior doors, baseboards, door casings. Some drywall repair, paint, carpet, laminate flooring, tile. So, just about everything except windows and furnace. If you know of any contractors that do good quality work at a reasonable price, please let me know.
