Hello,

My name is Kyle and I'm a RE SFR/MF investor living in Portland. I'm interested in learning about scrape/build and vacant lot development for Multi-Family. Need some guidance and a starting point (I've been reading and researching, but would appreciate some info from the guys/gals that do this successfully).

Any Oregon or Washington investors/developers that would be willing to let me pick your brain over a cup of coffee (or even a just a phone call) ?

Study the zoning code. I am familiar with jurisdictions here in the Seattle area, but not too familiar with Portland.  Would love to exchange info!
