Subject 2 and Seller Financing

Hello BP community. My goal of this post is to gather as much information on Sub 2 and Seller financing. I've seen little bits of information here and there on the forums about it, but I'd like to make a conglomerate of information about these two similar strategies so investors like myself who are interested in it and maybe can't find or don't want a mentor can still learn. So drop any and all information below whether it be a book you've read, advice, a personal experience with it (good or bad) etc. Any and all information is welcome. Thank you all in advance!

@Shaun Sanville Look up Pace Morby. He's big online and might even sell a course. I typically don't think courses are worth it because the information is usually common knowledge, but in this case I would personally buy his course because there seems to be a lot of legal implications if not doing it correctly.

@Shaun Sanville I've found that when discussing seller financing with an owner that it is best to not suggest loan terms. Let a willing seller initiate the negotiations... you might be surprised just how much better the deal gets than the one you were considering.

There are better and much ch aper ways of learning sub 2 and seller financing. Check out the different FB groups about Sub 2.
