Cash Out Refinance On Investment Properties
Hey, can anyone recommend a bank or lender that does cash out refinancing very rapidly where you don't have to wait 6 months to a year?
Talk to small local banks. I've never had to wait 6 months. But, they can be very skeptical of new investors without a track record. Your personal finances will need to be solid. The local banks are your best bet, but know they are evaluating you as much as your property.
@Delmas Edwards, I agree with @Matt Lavinder, talk to small local banks. As long as you have a decent track record, they want to lend you their money. Do not appear to be in a rush though, or they will not feel comfortable. This deal will be as much about you as it will be about the deal itself. Most lenders will close in less than 60 days if the deal works. Good luck!
