Hey all,

FYI, I'm interested in meeting investors or clients of yours who might invest in development projects (i.e. land, entitlements, redevelopment of existing properties and structures, etc. - a little longer period, typically, and more intensive than flips - although we've done custom homes as well).  I'll try and get to some of these events.

@Kevin Fox I've been meaning to get back to you, btw.  Let's touch base this week maybe.
