Creating an IE Meet-Up Group
Hi there, I would like to create an IE meet up group that is free for everyone to attend. Please post in here a day (Held in the evening 6pm) that works best for you and e-mail me so I can get a list going. I'd like to do this as soon as two weeks, or the first week of February! Once we get some interest, I have a brewery that will let us meet in person in Corona, CA. Social distancing will apply of course.
Hello @Christian Aguirre do you have a specific focus for the meetup? Who do you want to attend? Flippers, buy and hold, wholesalers, all the above? A few more specifics might be helpful. Thanks for taking the initiative.
Hi Christian I am interested in a meetup but I think Rob had a great point. I am a new investor and will be purchasing my first property out of state at the end of February...I am not sure how useful I could be for more experienced investors. Would still love to network!
I’m interested! I’m a realtor out of Riverside.
@Christian Aguirre I'm interested. I'm a local flipper/ realtor. I can make most of the time work.
@Christian Aguirre I am available anytime! I will be out of town Feb 5-8th

Hey Rob, that's a good suggestion. I am looking to house hack my first property and honestly just meet others already in the game. Would there be something you'd like to specifically focus on, I'm open to ideas.
Hello fellow real estate investors. I am a real estate investor in Riverside. I have one rental property and looking to add more. I am interested in participating in a Inland Empire meet up! This would be a great opportunity to network and meet fellow real estate investor at all levels.
@Christian Aguirre 👋 are you still interested in setting something up? If not I would like to plan something..let me know 🤓
I’m still interested! :)
Whoever starts up the meet-up, just let me know where and when and I will be there!
It would be nice if we can start an Inland Empire (IE) chapter
Not sure if you all know there is an Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club. They have monthly events. Virtual and in-person.
@Rob Moran hi! I didn’t know that...so you know how I can get connected with the group?
Hey guys there is already an or meetup group. The next meeting is March 7th in Redlands...just look it up in the search...it was easy to find
I am interested too. Let me know guys. :) thx
@Bernie Castro there is a meetup already for the ie...the next meeting is on March 7th in Redlands 🤓
I'm interested in meeting up locally in the Inland Empire. I am looking to make my first REI purchase this year. Currently I will be looking for out of state deals. End of the week, even weekends work best for me. Please keep me posted.
I would love to a attend your meetups
I missed this one but please advise of the next one Thanks
@Christian Aguirre @Anthony Ybarra is hosting a Meetup this Sunday at 10am if you are interested.
@Rob Moran @Christian Aguirre
Thanks Rob! Yes we are hosting a REI meet up on Sunday in Riverside, I did post it in the events. I am a house hacker and it will be hosted on our 4 unit property! DM me to RSVP and for address.
I’m also interested in meeting up? I’m a beginner and eager to learn.
For those interested the "Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club" can be found on MeetUp.com and meets the 4th Wed every month from 6-9pm on Zoom and will be in-person soon from what I have heard, they also have other meetings throughout the month: Mentor Q&A Meeting (Zoom), RK Cashflow game night(San Bernardino) and Coffee meeting in person in Riverside by the Auto Mall.
Also there is another one that is a sister club called the "Black Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club" meets on zoom for now, on the 3rd Wed of the month 6-9PM, this month the speaker is Bill Tan, there are some heavy hitters booked for guest speaking lined up through the rest of the year, you can find it on MeetUp.com as well.
