I would get engaged in the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club in Riverside. Lots of folks with fix and flip experience and other areas of focus as well.

Hi Niece, I'd suggest you get involved with other like minded folks at your local real estate group. Riverside is home to the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club/FireCenter that has a lot of great people involved in all aspects of real estate.
