Indianapolis REI savvy Realtor contacts needed for 3/1
Experienced investor in other markets with 1 door in Emerson Heights will be 'boots-on-the-ground' next week - March 1-3 - searching for new doors & possibly a new primary residence. Primarily searching Emerson Heights / Little Flower,, and south of Fountain Square. Seeking an Investor savvy Realtor contact for house hunting trip - 3/1 is my main house hunt day. I've contacted the seller realtors on a couple of properties, but seem so wrapped up in selling their current listings, that they can't see they're going to miss an opportunity to discount today, and 'make it up in volume' by dealing with a serious investor.
Also... always interested in doing lunch / beers / networking with like-minded Investors - Rathskeller or similar (ideas?) 3/2 or 3/3 works. Will swap temporary property management coverage with like-minded investors in exchange for same.
