1% down Interest only loans?
Hello my name is Nick Moran. I am a Realtor In the Las Vegas area. My wife and I just joined BP pro and started the 90 day challenge. We want to flip a house and I am interested in trying to find out how I can get an interest only loan for 1% down on a subject property. Are there any lenders who you can refer me to? Thank you.

1% down - not sure any private lender would do that - if they did I would expect your rate to be 18-24%.
