Which is best for a flip, LA County or Orange County?

I have recently moved to Santa Monica and would like to purchase a residential property to fix and flip that is within a reasonable driving distance from where I am. I moved from Texas so the market is very different here. Does anyone have any words of wisdom on marketing and flipping in this area? Thanks!

Both areas are good, but Riverside and San Bernardino are better.
