looking to get into fix and flip, but want to sell to Offerpad or Opendoor and similar sites instead of working with agents, is that realistic?

@Mario M. are you trying to wholesale deals to them? If not why would you let them buy a completely flipped property at a discount. The most powerful tool is the MLS and agents.
