Hello Friends - I would appreciate if you guys can help me deciding this. This is my first flip. The house has a bedroom which was initially converted from garage to bedroom. Should i convert this back to garage.

Thanks in advance

I highly doubt that you will get your money back on that.  Unless you live in an area where a garage is a must, living space will always get you more money than garage space.

So, unless the conversion is absolutely horrible, I would keep it.

I agree with Mike but my though also is that it is generally a bad idea to lose a garage in favor of living space. Better to build on than to lose the man-cave.

How many bedrooms do you have now?  If you can convert it back to a garage and still have 3 bedrooms I'd do it.  In my area a garage is something a new buyer would want.
