Can someone share a template they use for drafting up a scope of work they need to be done by the general contractor on a fix & flip project? Thanks

Hey @Tyrone Marson ! You've got to read through J Scott's Book on Flipping Houses. He walks through a home that he flipped and shares the entire scope of work, estimates, and scheduling. It's brilliant and right up the alley of what you're asking here!

The SOW document provides detailed SOW notes for 20-ish repair categories from a project I did a few years back that should provide a good example of the level of detail that you need to provide for your contractors.
