Seeking Turnkey Company

Hi All,

I'm looking to purchase three B-class SFH rental properties over the next five years in Kansas City (ready to purchase one now). I have found one turnkey company in the area that I like so far. Can anyone recommend any TK companies in KC? They need to have everything in house (pm, contractors, etc). I'm wanting to keep all of my business under one roof and establish a long lasting business relationship. These properties are to be holds and passed down to the next generation. Looking for quality properties not quantity.

Note: I used to live in KC so I am familiar with the area.

We work with 2 guys around KC, and they are both very professional, keep things in-house, and most importantly in my book, pick up the phone when I call.
