Metro Detroit Neighborhood Recommendations (Not in Detroit)

Hello,

We are looking for good areas to invest in near Metro Detroit. We have bought in Allen Park and Dearborn so far, but didn’t know where else to look. Does anyone have recommendations?

We live in the Ann Arbor area so we are trying to stay within 45 minutes of our own house so we can stay involved.

I like Westland, Livonia, Garden City for rentals. Canton, Plymouth, Northville, Novi is pricier but if you can find good deals they will cash flow. Let me know if I can help in any way. -Joe
