Minneapolis House Hack

Hey BP,

I may receive an offer to work for an employer in Wayzata and I'm wondering where would be the best neighborhoods/zip codes in/near Minneapolis for a potential house hack. The cheaper the property the better... and I'd prefer to stay as close to Wayzata as possible to limit commute time.

@Stephen Brown I would aim for areas like Robbinsdale and neighborhoods off of Theodore Wirth Pkwy. You'll want good highway access to get to Wayzata from the areas that will be more affordable. Robbinsdale and Crystal would be my #1 spots.
