Recs on MF agents, wholesalers or syndicates?

Hi folks, I'm hunting for MF (5+ units) and my current sources (MLS + Loopnet) predictably aren't yielding a ton of fruit. I'm tempted to start calling up the listing agents on loopnet and asking to be thrown on whatever lists they maintain and see if that works. Also I'd like to start meeting folks in the MF space. Anyone know of agents or wholesalers that specialize in MF or folks doing syndicates I should introduce myself to? Many thanks and I'm excited!

@John Tapley  you need to start building relationships and friendships in the market. what do you expect in a hot market for deals to fall on your lap?

Start connecting with Brokers and get on their list, there are few Facebook groups for KC that are for MFR - Search them and you will find.

@Ryan Tekerlek considering you are from California, i wouldn't expect the off-market deals that were presented to you the same as what a local would see. these are probable "Pocket listing". (pocket listings are often over precised too.)

In saying that, there is always deals to be head, but you need to work hard, digging to find them.

A good start is to talk to @Logan Freeman he knows his stuff.
