Help with a Saint Louis, MO rental offer

Hi everyone:

I m looking into a SFH deal in Saint Louis, MO, and it looks a really good offer. The issue is that I do not have any experience in this area. I was hoping I can get help from the people (investors, PMs, agents, …) in that region to get some onsight about the property/location/rent/etc. How can I find people with background in the market in that area? May I ask anyone with experience to message me so that I can chat with them over there?
