Depends on what kind of terms you are looking for?  Also, are these purchases at 75% or cash our refinances with or without seasoning?

I know that First Merchants are offering this product.  Also First Federal Savings out of Newark.  I have loans with both.  I have heard good things about Arlington bank but have not worked with them myself.
