Recommendation for a construction company in Columbus, OH

My husband and I are planning to build a 2 car garage with a studio apartment above. We are looking for recommendations for a builder/contractor in Columbus, OH to complete the work. I'd greatly appreciate recommendations for companies that you personally worked with and why you recommend them. If there is anyone you strongly recommend not working with, that would be great to know as well.

Hello! I would recommend the Cleary Company. They help with projects of all sizes from design work to full house construction. Very professional and fast growing remodeling company in the Columbus area.

Check out Cornerstone construction off of Huntley Ave. also. They are really booked up but do great work.
I suggest Compton Construction, although I'm not sure they take on jobs that small.
I suggest Brookridge Development. The owner is Chris Davis. They have done multiple projects for us over the years and built a 2 car garage in our neighborhood last summer.
All our experiences have been positive. Timely communication and we have always been happy with the end result.

Hello. I spoke with The Cleary Company. FYI they told me that they focus on design-build and only do owner-occupied properties, not "investment properties" with absentee owners.
