Can any investors in the philadelphia area recommend a good title company that does double closings?

I have been advised that Germantown Title out of Norristown is great. I was also told to try Alamo Title, which uses a mobile closer. PM me for more specific info and contact names and emails. Posting rules prohibit me from putting that here. I can also tell you of a few that I have had some not-so-favorable experiences on deals I provided transactional funding for.

look up statewide abstract in Philly. They have 3-4 offices and have been doing this for a long time!
