Hi all,

Here is new data from MLS

September sales down compared to September 2017, but 2018 sales nearing 2017 total; low inventory continues.

@Yuriy Skripnichenko Thanks for this! do you have any neighborhood/region specific data? Or at least point me in the right direction to be able to figure that out myself? That would be super helpful in hypothesizing what the next high volume neighborhood will be.  Philly is weird and how properties move from area to are can vary drastically.
