Highway 183 expansion...big news!

This is big news imo. What do you think will happen to prices in the long term? Traffic sucks in Austin but this will, in the long term, be very beneficial for long term holders of real estate near there but not too close. Who wants to be adjacent to traffic noise? Not me. Thoughts?

Yes, this bodes well for holders of property in what is effectively South Dallas.
