What do you thing about investing in USA while I'm from another country? Do I have extra tax or banks having a hard time? And can I use my banks in my country and use the money in USA? I guess it's newbie question but I'll love to hear what you have to say. Thanks!

@Yaron H.

Hi.. I'm also out of the country and investing in the US. I'm currently in Seoul, South Korea and I help run a meetup out here (you can see a link to our website below. We have lots of posts on investing in the US from out of country and the due diligence process)

Here's a thread on BP you might also find interesting (about other Israel investors):

I also wrote a long blog post for BiggerPockets on investing out of country and the process that I went through:

I'm an expat though so I didn't have to jump through as many hoops when it came to entity structure.

I'm sure other investors from Israel can help you there.

I went to a seminar on investing in the US from out of the country and entity structure. Here are some of my notes. It might help you become familiar with some of the legal language involved and questions to ask:

(some was specific to investors in Korea ^^)

Best of luck! Reach out anytime ^^
