How much do you pay in taxes on your rental income?

Hi everybody,

I would be very interested to know how much foreign investors pay in taxes on their rental income, using an LLC. I understand that this way you can elect to connect the income to the US company you have formed, and are therefore entitled to quite a few deductions, but you would still have to pay a 30% rate on your NET income, after expenses. It is rather daunting!

I would be grateful if you, as a foreign investor, could share your experience and shed some light on this.

Thanks in advance.

@Salvatore Spano

What types of properties are you invested into or planning on investing into? There are quite a few deductions you are able to make against your rental income. My accountant sent me some information on common deductions etc. DM me and I will send it to you or you could reach out to him directly.
