Cheapest way to receive money electronically

Hello BP! Does anyone have advise on the cheapest way (preferably free) to receive money from multiple tenants/people per month (30+ units)? Venmo is nice and all but they have receiving limits. I'm looking for high receiving limits (preferably unlimited). Thank you!
