What software are people using to track projects and issues? Trying to find a good choice to help manage and keep track of all the projects going on.

Also could someone share what system they use for call logging? Thanks.

Do a search for this topic as it has been covered several times already. Then if the specific info you are looking for is not covered your question or post can be more specific in nature.

I use Microsoft Project for managing projects. There are a number of other tools out there much of it depends on what your needs are, budget constraints, and how you would use the information.

I am not asking about property management software. I am specifically looking for project/issue tracking software to use to track all projects going on in an office ( evictions, work order status, new acquisitions, energy efficiency, and so forth )

The company I work with is using Norada Solve360 to manage all their flips. It's 100% online, but allows you to access it via your mobile phone as well. It also has a "template" feature, so adding repetitive tasks is extremely simple.

I ran across Podio the other day as well, still testing them out.

GitHub/gitlab, Jira etc. all have bug/issue tracking options. It depends if you are looking for something just for you to track issues - then I would say just use excel or if you need to be assigning out to different task owners and having the system do the tracking and reporting

@Matthew T.try ClickUp and see if it something that is user friendly enough for you. Just got started using this app and so far so good. At the learning curve stage now. Another program is Monday.com but it’s pricey.
