Tiny house rentals
Does anyone have experience with developing a tiny house community and rental rates? What are the advantages/disadvantages to leasing our tiny houses? Should I divide the land or set up as a RV park and lease spaces by the month? What other concerns should I be aware of before opening the community? Is a neighborhood association necessary?
