North/South Carolina Brrrr markets

Hello BP family! 

My name is Jesse, and I am a Keller Williams agent in Wilmington, NC. I have listened to the BP podcast for a couple of years now but am just becoming active on this site. Thankful to have this wealth of knowledge through you guys! I am going to start doing some Brrrr's in some other markets around North and South Carolina. I have a solid connection to a fantastic team in Fayetteville, and a friend/mentor who knows the market very well. I am also interested in some other markets.

My question is- What are your favorite NC/SC markets to Brrrr in, and why? 

Also, please comment your experiences in the following markets-

1. Columbia, SC
2. Rockingham, NC
3. New Bern, NC
4. Florence, SC
5. Greenville, NC

I want to get started with BRRRR in these states.

I have been investing NJ and have a solid team here, but want an entry point in NC or SC.

Any suggestions, or chance of partnering . I am open to options.

@Jesse Canady if you are looking for specific feedback on local markets then post in the state forums you are targeting.  You might get a few responses here but I think would you get more in the state forums themselves.  Just a thought.
