Rookie investor planning on moving to Texas next year.

Hey guys, I am a rookie investor and I would like to meet other real estate investors in Texas. I am going to be exploring San Antonio, Austin, and Houston around February 18th, and would like to know if there are any meet ups going on around those areas. I currently own a 4-plex and would like to house hack with a family of five.
